大口径管道站场工艺安装流水作业法的质量控制

摘要:: 长距离输送油气管道离不开场站、截断阀室等设施,站场工艺安装是检验施工队伍技术素质、水平的关键,站场流水施工法是提高施工速率的根本,各环节的质量控制是决定整个工程质量的核心。以西气东输二线靖边联络站工程为例,介绍了采用流水作业法施工,确保工程质量的方法和经验,并对大口径管道站场施工模式进行了探讨。
Facilities such as station and block valve room are necessary to long-distance pipeline. Process installation at station is the key to check the technical quality and level of a construction team; flow line installation method is essential to speed up construction rate; quality control at each link is the core of determining integral engineering quality. This paper introduces the method and experience of ensuring engineering quality by using flow line installation method and discusses the station construction modes of large diameter pipeline.
