- 通过西气东输二线西段管道工程建设,对阀室施工和主体管道施工之间的先后顺序、标高、方位控制、阀门安装、整体试压等重要工序进行了详细阐述,提出了先主体管道下沟,后截断阀室段管道、控制标高、精确定位的施工工序,较好地将工艺管道安装和土建施工衔接起来,经第9A标段的施工证明,该施工方法达到了节省施工资源、提高施工质量的预期目的。
Associated with the construction of West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project,the main construction procedures such as the construction sequences between valve chamber and main pipeline, elevation and orientation control, valve installation and integral pressure test were illustrated. The working procedure was made out, that was "lowering main pipeline into trench, then cutting the pipeline section located in valve chamber, controlling elevation and making accurate positioning". The working procedure linked up the process pipeline installation and the civil construction closely.
