- 结合西气东输二线西段管道工程实际,从焊材的选择和使用、接头设计、管口组对、预热、焊接、缓冷、清理、检验等方面阐述了RMD机组施工过程的细节管理以及细节管理的一些具体措施,实践证明,细节管理对提高基层作业单位的项目管理水平起到了积极作用。
Associated with the practice of West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, thev detailed management and its concrete measures in construction course of RMD machinery team are illustrated including selection and usage of welding materials, joint design, pipe alignment, preheating, weld slow cooling,cleaning and inspection.
