- 管道全位置自动焊技术以其特有的高效、优质、可靠性已经成为管道焊接的主要方法之一。为了适应未来管道施工市场的发展要求,掌握管道全位置自动焊接技术已势在必行。详细介绍了CRC P260管道全自动焊接设备的特点以及对CRC P260型管道自动焊接工艺进行的相关试验和研究成果,该设备在西气东输二线管道工程中得到了多层位的应用。
Pipeline all position automatic welding technique is one of major pipeline welding methods owing to its high efficiency, quality and reliability. It is imperative to master this welding technique to meet the future pipeline market demand. In this paper, the characteristics of the fully automatic welding equipment CRC P260, its welding process tests and research results are detailedly introduced.
