- 对国产PIW48管道内环缝自动焊机根焊和PAW3000管道自动双焊炬焊机热焊、填充及盖面的焊接技术进行了研究,并对其焊接缺陷产生的原因做了较详细的分析,提出了改进措施,并得到了验证。对西气东输二线管道焊接中的大量施工经验进行了总结。
The research on welding technique with backing by PIW48 pipe automatic internal girth welding machine and hot welding, filling and capping by pipe automatic dual torches is conducted. The causes of welding defects are analyzed in certain detail, and the improving measures are offered and confirmed.
