- 西气东输二线西段工程从2008年11月份至2009年3月份,全线进入冬季施工。通过采取一系列技术、质量、管理措施,EPC项目部按期保质保量完成了冬季施工任务,并取得了优异的成绩。文章结合工程实际,从EPC角度出发,对西气东输二线西段冬季施工中所采取的这些措施进行了总结和阐述。
The construction of the whole West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline was fulfilled in winter from Sept. 2008 to March 2009. By means of a series of measures with respect to technology, quality and management, the EPC Project Department of West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project finished the winter construction work in good quality and quantity and on schedule.
