- 西气东输二线管道首次采用了X80钢管,对钢管的焊接质量要求极为严格。钢管坡口是管道焊接前的一道重要工序,坡口型式的好坏直接影响着焊接质量和将来管道的运行安全。由于厂家提供的钢管全部为V型坡口,根据西二线焊接工艺规程的要求,半自动焊接应采用双V坡口,为此需要对主线路焊接的钢管重新加工坡口。为降低成本,方便施工,通过在堆管场集中坡口,实现了人员、设备利用率最大化,避免现场发生二次布管工序。
X80 steel pipes are used in Second West to East Gas Pipeline for the first time, which need extraordinary welding quality. Pipe beveling is an important procedure prior to welding and its quality affects directly the welding quality and future pipeline operation safety. Semi -automatic welding needs double V bevels in accordance with the welding process regulation for Second West to East Gas Pipeline, so that the single V beveled pipes provided by pipe manufacturer are required to reform.
