- 在我国油气管道建设施工中,采用顶管作业穿越较长距离的公路、铁路时,由于地质条件复杂,容易发生管路抱死现象,解决的方法是采用对接顶管,即:从另外一侧重新制作操作坑(竖井),安装设备及导轨,经过严密的测量后,进行对顶,直到两侧管路完全衔接为止。通过西气东输二线西段工程第11标段连霍高速及G312国道穿越工程,阐述了对接顶管的测量方法。
As oil and gas pipelines crossing longer distance highways and railways under complex geological conditions, pipeline stuck phenomena often happen in pipe pushing operations. The method of pipes pushed from both sides till butt jointed is used to solve such problem, that is to make an another operation pit (vertical shaft) for installing equipment and guide tracks, than conduct strict measurement and pipe pushing operation from both sides till two pipelines jointed together. This technique is used in Liang-Huo expressway crossing and G312 national highway crossing at the 11th bidding section of West Section Project of West to East Gas Pipeline.
