- 西气东输二线西段管道工程地处中国西北地区,生态环境脆弱,线路所经地段为北温带大陆性气候,受季风影响,沿途气候特征冬长夏短。地势多为南高北低且山上无植被,暴雨来时极易形成山洪,对管道造成极大的危害。文章通过管道施工的防汛经验,总结了施工中应注意的问题,提出了对洪水的防范措施。
West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project is located in Northwest China where the ecologic environment is fragile and the climate belongs the continental climate of north temperate zone having long winter and short summer. The terrain where is generally higher in south and lower in north, vegetation is rare, so that flood happens easily in heavy storm weather.
