- 项目转资是所有工程建设最终完成的重要标志之一,而转资的完成又意味着一项固定资产管理的开始,对工程建设各方及资产营运方均具有重要的意义。在EPC项目管理模式下的工程项目,转资面临着思想认识不统一、主体不明确、程序做法各异等诸多问题。在西气东输二线西段工程项目的转资实践中,通过各方的共同努力,较好较快地完成了预转资的任务。文章对有关转资主体及转资依据等问题进行了探讨,并提出了做好转资工作的一些措施和建议。
Executing project capital transfer is an important mark of the completion of whole project and it means the beginning of fixed asset management. It is significant to project construction partner and capital operator. The capital transfer work under EPC project management mode faces some problems such as disunity in thoughts, undefined principle part and discrepant program modi operandi.
