- 西气东输二线西段线路全长2 461 km,该工程建设规模大、工期紧张、技术施工复杂、资料采集量大且管理和编制工作繁杂,为保证竣工资料的及时整理、真实完整、分类有序,详尽记录施工情况,采用了EPC管理模式,施工承包商为竣工资料整理、收集等操作的基础执行者,担任非常重要的角色。文章就EPC管理模式下,施工承包商如何更好、更全面地同步完成竣工资料的采集、编制和管理工作进行了探讨总结。
West Section of West to East Gas Pipeline has the length of 2 461 km. Its construction data are huge and the data collection, management and compilation are complicated owing to large scale construction, strict schedule and complex construction technology. In order to detailedly record the construction information by collecting and compiling project completion data betimes, truly, integrally and categorizing orderly, the EPC management mode is adopted. The construction contractor as a basic operator plays a very important role in this work.
