- 一项管道工程的施工建设从投标、现场踏勘、设计交桩、线路及站场施工、试运投产,直到竣工验收并投入使用等整个过程中形成的图纸、文字资料、报表、现场记录、数字化资料、声像材料等,都属于竣工资料收集、整理、归档的范围。它是管道工程建成投产后进行生产维修、改造、扩建、事故处理和拆除必备的文件资料,也是工程竣工验收时必须准备齐全的文件,因此整理好工程竣工资料意义重大。结合管道四公司西气东输二线西段项目部施工的实际情况,介绍了编制竣工资料的组织机构、工作流程、竣工资料编制内容及组卷(任务划分)、竣工资料编纂里程碑计划及竣工资料编制要求,总结了编制工作经验,可供其他工程借鉴。
The scopes of collecting, sorting and archiving of pipeline project completion data include drawings, literal materials; report forms; field records, digitized information, acostic images etc. formed in the stages of bidding, field exploration, control points data transferring, route and station design, commissioning and putting into production. These data are requisite not only for project check and acceptance but also for production, maintenance, alteration, extending, accident treatment and dismantlement.
