- 在西气东输二线西段工程的EPC实施阶段,采用了"业主+监理+EPC"管理模式,具有工程量大、战线长、牵涉的专业多、协调任务重等特点,致使信息收集难度大、协调解决问题任务重,因此建立了一套系统、高效的调度信息管理体系,对整个工程的正常运转起到了决定性作用。
In the implementation of West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, the management mode of "owner + supervisor + EPC" is applied, which has the features of large engineering quantities, long construction line, multi-profession and heavy coordination work.
