- 项目文控是项目信息管理的中枢,是项目上下级、关联单位、项目各部门沟通信息的桥梁纽带。项目文控管理即采取有效措施促使项目信息分类清晰、条理有序、传递顺畅、处理规范、存档完整、方便检索,为工程的顺利进行提供文件支持和信息保障。管道局第二工程分公司作为施工承包商,其文控管理文件主要有程序文件、往来信函、传真及电子邮件、会议纪要、公文、会议记录、电话记录、授权委托书、工程图纸等,对其项目文控管理经验(精、细、严、实)进行了总结,可供相关单位参考。
Project file control is the center of project information management. It acts as the bridge and tie of information communication between superior and subordinates, among associated units and project branches. The functions of project file control management are to adopt effective measures enabling project information to have clear categories, correct consecution, smooth transfer, integral archive, convenient retrieval,thus providing file support and information guarantee for smooth project progress.
