- EPC总承包工程具有投资大、周期长、环节多、内外部协作关系复杂的特点,因而形成的文件种类多、数量大。做好EPC总承包工程项目的文控管理工作,是一项全面、系统、科学、严谨的重要工作。文章介绍了EPC总承包工程文控管理的特点、文件的分类;又从前期策划、机构设备、管理流程、程序文件等方面阐述文控管理程序及关键环节。
EPC general contract project has the features of large investment, long period, many links and complex cooperation relations and that produces a large amount of file categories and quantity. File control management is a kind of comprehensive, systematic, scientific and rigorous work. This paper describes the characteristics of file control management and file categorizing.
