- 西气东输二线西段管道工程应用先进的计算机网络、通讯技术,架设了现代化高速、高效信息处理平台和网络系统,真正实现了现代化网络办公,极大地提高了项目管理的科技水平和运转效率。文章对本工程中如何建立并应用现代化信息平台和网络系统,包括在EPC项目部内部使用的《文控管理系统》、与各承包商之间使用的《项目信息管理系统》、专业的即时通讯平台、远程视频电话会议系统等,以及取得的明显效果作了详细介绍和说明。
West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project applies advanced computer network and communication technology to establish the modern high speed and high efficiency information treatment platform and network system. It realizes actually the modern network handling official business and improves greatly the scientific level and operational efficiency of project management. This paper describes how to establish and apply the modern information platform and network system for that project with respect to " file control management system" used within EPC project departments, " project information management system"used among contractors, special prompt communication platform, remote video phone meeting system, and so on.
