- 长输管道施工,在现场机组中存在大量的外雇临时工,如何保证其人身安全,提高安全意识和技能,如何进行长输管道工程外雇临时工的安全培训,是一个重要问题。文章针对外雇临时工的特点,介绍了对外雇临时工进行HSE培训的重点及培训注意事项。
There are a number of employed casual labors in machinery teams working for long-distance pipeline field construction. How to guarantee their personnel safety, raise their safety consciousness and working skill as well as how to conduct the safety training for them are important issues.
