- 西气东输二线西段EPC项目部按照HSE管理要求和工程建设特点,开展HSE精细化管理、动态风险识别与控制,突出重点抓好重要部位、关键环节,开展安全培训、安全预警,实施安全监控管理项目。文章通过总结HSE管理成功经验及对工程发生的事件进行认真分析,使EPC项目部的HSE管理工作得到进一步提高。
According to HSE management requirements and engineering construction characteristics, the EPC Project Department of West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project launches the elaborate HSE management and dynamic risk identification and control, stresses on the important elements and key links, performs the safety and early warning training, implements the safety supervisory control management program.
