- 文章针对目前国内在管道工程建设中开始运用的安全专项管理工具——安全监控体系,结合管道工程建设的特点,从施工风险管理、作业许可、日常检查表,到项目的安全审核与安全绩效管理等多方面的实践和创新,阐述了取得的先进安全管理经验,为以后管道工程及其他工程的安全监控提供了可借鉴的经验。
