- 对于管道建设单位,加强工程项目施工计划管理和成本控制至关重要。文章介绍了中石油管道局第四工程分公司在西气东输二线西段项目中施工计划管理和成本控制的经验。用易于技术人员掌握的方式,依据工程实际编制施工计划图,并利用月计划令、每周执行情况预警和每日计划令执行情况表对施工计划进行跟踪控制;采取制度控制、定额控制、合同控制和单千米成本控制等方法对目标成本进行控制。通过这些措施,实现了项目成本最优化、项目效益的最大化。
It is very important to pipeline construction units to enhance cost control. In this paper, the CPP experience on construction planning management and cost control in West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project is presented. The construction plan charts are worked out based on present engineering practice and are not difficult to operate for technical personnel. The construction plans are traced and controlled by monthly plan order, prewarning of weekly plan execution state and execution list of daily plan order.The objective costs are controlled through system control, quota control, contract control and cost per meter control.
