- 结合国内管道工程建设的现状,针对现有管道建设管理中物流管理工作效率低、成本高的情况,对作业成本法在EPC管道工程建设物流管理中应用的可行性、实际应用的方法以及应用的效果评价分别进行了论述。以期提高EPC管道工程建设物流管理效率,满足工程建设的需要,并降低物装公司的物流成本,提高工程效率。
