- EPC工程的采办不是独立存在的,而是与设计和施工同时存在,构成EPC项目管理模式的整体。在EPC模式下的采办管理工作应该站在全局高度,综合考虑与业主、供应商的外部关系以及与设计、施工的内部关系进行进度控制、成本控制和风险控制。
Procurement of EPC project is not independent but combined with design and construction to construct EPC project management mode.
