- 随着管道建设的进一步发展,作为先进管理模式的EPC总承包商管理的作用日益突出,近年来EPC总承包商管理承揽的项目越来越多,众多EPC承包单位凸显,竞争愈发激烈,这就要求总承包商突出EPC管理的优势,充分发挥EPC集成管理的价值。作为EPC模式下的物资供应工作起到承上启下的关键作用,只有确保物资正常供应,才能顺利实现管道建设项目的工期目标。文章主要结合EPC管理模式的工程实际,就如何保障物资采办管理的顺利实施进行阐述。
Only ensuring the material supply can the pipeline project schedule be carried out smoothly.The material supply work plays a key role in EPC project, which requires EPC contractor to fully take the advantages of EPC integrated management.
