- 分包队伍的管理问题,在工程项目管理中必然存在,也是项目管理的重要环节。分包队伍所做工程项目的好坏直接影响企业的形象和利益。文章从工程项目的施工前、施工中、施工后,对分包商管理工作提出了几项控制措施及相应的实施办法,以求企业和分包商双方达到互惠互利、和谐发展的目的,实现市场的最大化、规模化和效益的最佳化。
It is inevitable and important work to manage subcontract teams in engineering project management. The quality of project undertaken by subcontract teams affects directly the image and benefit of enterprise.
