- 企业文化是一种新兴的先进生产力理论,是企业走向成功的强大动力和重要法宝,管道施工机组是企业文化具体的体现者,加强机组文化建设,能够科学整合机组生产要素,引导机组形成共同价值观,增强机组凝聚力,构建和谐机组,使公司在激烈的施工市场竞争中实现可持续发展,不断增强公司的竞争实力,从而在经济全球化的浪潮中立于不败之地。文章就机组文化建设的具体措施进行了阐述。
Enterprise culture is a kind of rising advanced productivity theory that will become the powerful motivity and an important talisman. Pipeline construction machinery team is the embodiment of enterprise culture. Enhancing the cultural construction of machinery team can integrate key production elements scientifically,lead the team to form its common values, reinforce its cohesion and construct a harmonious machinery team. So that it helps the enterprise to realize sustainable development in fierce construction market competition and increase continuously the competition power and remain invincible in economic globalization tide.
