During implementing construction management, the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project （West Section） Department of CPP Second Engineering Co. explores the project culture connotation with the " endeavoring for the first, pursuing perfect and self-management" as the main content that embodies the fusion of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project construction work and the CPP Second Co. traditional culture.
