- 结合西气东输二线西段管道建设,介绍和阐述了大型管道工程EPC项目文化建设的内涵和具体做法。通过创新项目文化,以团结奋进、健康的项目文化,将来自不同地域、有着不同企业文化理念和工作管理方式的参建单位,凝聚在"共举中国石油一面旗,共建世界一流管道,建功立业西二线"这个共同的目标上,进一步激发了广大员工的积极性和创造精神,引导和规范员工的工作行为,促进了西气东输二线西段工程按期、安全、优质建设投产。
In combination with Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, this paper expatiates on the connotation and concrete measures of EPC project cultural construction in large scale pipeline engineering.The project culture of innovation, unity, endeavor and health enables the construction units from different regions and with different cultural ideas and work management modes to unite for the common objective of "holding the CNPC banner highly, constructing world-class pipeline project together and making remarkable contributions to Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project", so as to excite further the enthusiasm and creative spirits of the stuff, guide and normalize the stuff's conduct and promote the construction and production of West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project in scheduled, safe and high qualified states.2010,S1(S1): 107-111 收稿日期：2010-9-27分类号：F406.17作者简介：刘建军（1962－），男，浙江文成人，政工师，1987年毕业于中国石油管道工学院石油管理工程专业，从事行政管理、管道技术管理、工程项目管理等工作参考文献：
