- 西气东输二线工程项目在工程组织模式上采取EPC总承包管理模式。文章围绕管道工程建设的总体目标,探索了在确保战略工程、优质工程、绿色工程、阳光工程的实践过程中,项目行政工作的保障作用。分析表明,行政工作是EPC项目部各项工作不可缺少的组成部分,优质、高效、高水平的行政工作定会促进工程建设项目的顺利进行。
In Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, EPC general contract management mode is adopted. Aimed at the general objective of pipeline engineering construction, the guarantee function of project administrative work in realizing strategic project, high quality project, green project and sunshine project is researched.The analysis shows that the administrative work is an indispensable part of EPC department work.
