管道全位置自动焊机焊接工艺参数的控制方法

- 在管道全位置自动焊机的系统设计中,要完成焊接工艺参数在焊接小车不同行走位置的设置,较为理想的方法是将整个焊道的半圆周分成6个大段,每个大段再细分成60个小段,由工艺人员输入6个大段的典型焊接工艺参数,然后利用插补运算计算出每一个小段的焊接参数,对于小段间的过渡,利用三次样条插值进行各点速度的平滑过渡,从而分别对不同的焊接参数进行实时插补计算和伺服更新,整个计算过程全部由DSP高速数字处理芯片来完成。文章介绍了焊车速度、送丝速度、焊接电压、焊车脉冲数、送丝脉冲数的计算方法。通过工艺试验摸索出一套优质高效的焊接工艺参数,并在河南义马—郑州等长输管道焊接中应用,取得较好效果。实践证明,全位置焊接的空间分段、线性插补和样条运算方法,使得全位置焊接的工艺参数不仅可以实现在线修改,而且保证了空间不同位置的圆滑过渡,大幅度提高了施工质量和效率。
In the system design of pipe all position automatic welders, to complete the setting of welding process parameter when welding vehicle in different traveling position, it is good method to divide semi-circumference of whole welding pass into six large sections, and every large section then was divided sixty small sections, the typical welding process parameters were inputted into this six large sections by process persons, then the welding parameters in each small section was calculated out with a interpolation, for the transition between small sections, using three times of interpolation to calculate every speeds in all points, so the all different welding parameters were separately calculated with a interpolation relatively servo-regenerated in time and the whole calculation was completed by a DSP high-speed digital process chip.
