- 由于EPC工程建设项目组织具有临时性、一次性及项目建设过程中工作量不断变化等特点,使得项目型组织与日常运作型组织的人力资源管理有着本质的不同。文章就项目型组织中人力资源管理的性质及特点谈一些看法。
Because project organization of EPC engineering construction has the features such as provisionality,one-off and frequent workload change, the project type organization has an intrinsic difference from the routine operation type organization in manpower resource management.
