玻璃涂层管道的生产及性能研究

- 金属管道的有机涂层耐冷、耐热性差,易老化,使用寿命短。近年来国内外已有不少学者开展在金属基体表面制备玻璃及陶瓷涂层的研究。石油大学在长1~12m的Q235金属管道上,采用热熔敷法制备了玻璃涂层。文章介绍了玻璃釉粉的组成及涂层生产工艺、工艺参数的优化试验。在不同熔敷温度和保温时间下分别单面熔敷面涂层和底涂层,并用点蚀试验来评价面涂层的耐蚀性,用冲击试验评定底涂层与基体的结合性。试验证明,热熔敷法在钢质管道内外表面制备玻璃涂层是可行的,玻璃涂层有优异的耐蚀性能。熔敷温度为900℃、保温10min得到的底涂层与基体结合性很好,熔敷温度为700℃、保温5min得到的面涂层有优异的耐蚀性。分级熔敷底涂层与面涂层,可得到更好的玻璃涂层。
It has been manufactured that the long 1-12m Q235 metal pipes were coated a layer of glass coating with heat fusion glass powder by China Petroleum University recently. The paper introduces the component of glass powder, production process optimization test of process parameters. It is feasible that the metal pipes internal outer wall were coated a layer of glass coating with heat fusion glass powder, which has bee proved by testing. The glass coating has excellent anticorrosion property. It can obtain a good adhesive primer coating when heat fusion temperature is 900℃ keep temperature time is 10 minutes and obtain a excellent anticorrosive top coating when heat fusion temperature is 700℃ keep temperature time is 5 minutes.
