- 在天然软土地基上建造2万m~3大型油罐,要不要进行地基处理?通过对上海黄浦江左河道地质状况及其固结、渗透、沉降特性的分析,提出了采用钢筋混凝土环墙加砂垫层预抬高的天然地基设计方案,并采用充水预压和现场实测沉降速率和孔隙水压力的方法,控制地基稳定性。实践证明,在天然软土地基上,考虑粘土层水平向渗透固结影响,采用充水预压法,仅用50d左右的时间,地基承载力就由60kPa提高到210kPa,每台2万m~3油罐地基处理与同规模的上海某引进工程设计相比,节约钢材325.6t,投资仅为同类国外引进工程的1/6。文章还介绍了在天然软土地基上进行油罐基础设计时,团结理论的选用、充水预压加荷方案的设计、沉降速率的计算和孔隙水压力的控制值等。
It needs treatment or not for the large-scale oil storage tanks (e. g. 2 × 104 m3) to be built on nature soft earth formation? By analyzing the geological condition, earth formation solidification, penetration settlement etc. properties at the Huangpu River left bed in Shanghai city, the writer puts forward a design proposal of using reinforced concrete ring wall plus sand cushion to pre -rise nature earth foundation level. A 2 × 104 m3 large -scale oil storage tank was constructed by using a method of filling water for pre-pressure, measuring settlement rate pore water pressure in jobsite to control correspondingly earth foundation stability.
