- 采用水平定向钻技术,将直径为406.4 mm的输油管道穿过长江,尚属首次。其地层软、距离长、江面通航频繁等情况,对水平定向钻的控向、泥浆和司钻技术提出了新的挑战。利用信号棒、全站仪和Trutrack地面信标系统,克服强磁干扰,准确控向定位;调整各种泥浆添加剂,保证泥浆具有良好的流变性、高携砂性、固壁和润滑性能;合理组合钻具,及时调整钻机旋转速度和回拖速度,避免钻进困难和卡钻。通过一系列措施,顺利完成该项穿越工程。文章介绍了长江穿越的地质条件、技术难点以及穿越中采取的技术措施。
It is first time for the Dg 406. 4 mm oil pipeline to be thrust crossing the Yangtze River using horizontal directional drilling technique.
