果子沟段的线路设计

- 西气东输二线管道工程在新疆伊犁果子沟翻越天山山脉,整个果子沟段不仅有7条山岭隧道,还有施工难度极大的38道弯,且沟内管道沿线地质灾害分布较多,沟谷狭长且常年流水不断,管道设计、施工难度大。从果子沟段线路的优化设计、管道壁厚设计、38道弯高陡段线路纵向设计以及水工保护设计等几个方面介绍了该段管道线路的设计方法。
Second West to East Gas Pipeline crosses Tianshan Mountain in Guozigou of Yili, Xinjiang.There are 7 mountainous tunnels and 38 steep slope turnings along the pipeline route in Guozigou gully, where geological disasters happen frequently, the gully is long and narrow with perennial stream. So that the pipeline design and construction are very difficult.
