- 面对西气东输二线管道工程设计压力高达12 MPa、管径为D1 219 mm、干线长度超过4 000 km、全部采用X80高强度管线钢等一系列挑战,设计联合体对管道设计及管理工作进行了大量的改进与创新。文章从设计管理、专项科研、设计手段、设计技术等角度较为全面地分析和介绍了西气东输二线管道工程设计的主要特点。
Facing a series of design challenges of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, such as the high design pressure of 12 MPa, pipe diameter of 1 219 mm, trunk pipeline length over 4 000 km and the high strength pipe steel of X80 used in the entire pipeline, the associative design team improves and innovates the pipeline design and management work.
