- 有效地控制好燃油消耗,将对船舶的经济性、环保性产生重大影响。文章介绍了船舶柴油机节能减排的几项技术措施:采用经济航速,降低燃油消耗;采用两级涡轮机增压,提高柴油机的效率;采用VTA涡轮增压技术,提高燃料燃烧的效率;使用共轨燃油喷射技术改进燃油喷射系统,提高柴油机功率,降低油耗。这些措施已在实际中应用,取得了良好的效果。
It has a great influence on economy and environmental protection of ships to effectively control fuel consumption. Several related measures for marine diesel engine are introduced in this paper, including (1)adopting economical ship speed to reduce fuel consumption;(2)adopting two-stage turbocharging to boost diesel engine efficiency; (3) applying VTA turbocharging to raise fuel combustion rate; (4) applying common rail fuel injection to improve fuel injection system, increase diesel machine power and reduce fuel consumption.
