- 在油井作业过程中,由于套管变形、大直径工具下井等原因,经常造成卡钻事故,因此有时需要切割并取出卡点以上管柱。化学切割技术是一项新技术,在渤中油区BZ34-4-3等五口大修再完井中采用此技术,大大加快了修井进度。文章从化学切割的组成结构及工作原理、BZ34-4-3井的工艺分析及化学切割的应用等方面对该技术进行介绍。与以往切割弹切割技术等相比,该技术具有切割准、效率高等特点。
Owing to the reasons such as casing deformation and big diameter downhole tool used in the course of downhole operation, drill pipe sticking accidents often happen. Sometimes it is needed to cut the column above the sticking point and move it out. The downhole chemical cutting technique is a new means to do such work. In the operations of downhole overhaul and well completion of BZ34-4-3 well and other four wells, the chemical cutting technique was used and it expedited workover operation greatly. The configuration and working principle of the chemical cutting technique as well as its application in BZ34-4-3 well are introduced in this paper.
