- 消防管道内壁喷涂环氧树脂粉末可使其与海水隔离,免受海水的腐蚀和泥沙的磨蚀,同时提高内壁的光滑度,起到减阻作用,延长管道使用寿命,提高输送能力。通过对内涂层管道进行分析,并与玻璃钢管道及热浸锌碳钢管道的性能做对比,采用了合理的涂覆工艺应用于浅海区域的海洋平台。
Spraying epoxy resin powder onto the internal wall of fire fighting pipeline can isolate seawater and sediment from the internal wall to prevent seawater corrosion and sand abrasion. Furthermore, it helps to improve internal wall smoothness so as to reduce flow resistance, extend pipeline service life and enhance transport capacity. Through analyzing the internal coating and comparing its performance with those of glass fiber reinforced polyvinylcloride composite pipeline and galvanized steel pipeline, the reasonable pipeline coating process has been made and applied for shallow water offshore platform.2011,S1(S1): 85-87 收稿日期:2011-8-10分类号:TE988.2作者简介:乔向国(1982- ),男,河北唐山人,助理工程师,2000年毕业于重庆科技学院,现从事海洋平台工艺管道加工设计工作。参考文献:
