摘要:: 海冰对海洋资源尤其是滩浅海石油天然气勘探开发有严重影响。文章概述了2009至2010年度在渤海作业海域的海冰冰情,总结了该年度冰情的特点,分析了海冰对海上油气设施的作用、影响及危害,探讨了防冰抗冰措施,对今后冰期海上石油勘探开发工作提出了建议。
Sea ice has a strong impact on exploration and production of marine resources, especially oil and natural gas in shallow offshore water and beach. The paper describes sea ice condition in Bohai Bay in the winter of 2009-2010 that CPOE experienced, summarizes its characteristics,analyzes the impact on and hazards to the oil and gas facilities, and brings forward some measures of ice prevention and resistance for future work.
