- 压力容器的设计应同时考虑可靠性和经济性。针对压力容器结构尺寸的设计,将强度、刚度、封头稳定性和液压试验应力强度作为约束条件,建立了以容器总质量为目标函数的优化模型。根据设计标准公称直径系列,优化模型变量迭代步长,采用C++Builder语言开发了自动处理程序,优化后的低压闪蒸罐筒体长度比原设计减少了1 100 mm,总质量减少了412.83 kg。
Both reliability and economy should be considered in the pressure vessel design. In this paper, a vessel optimization design model was established, in which the total mass was selected as the objective function and the strength, stiffness, stability and hydraulic test stress as the constraint conditions. According to the nominal diameter series specified in design standards, the variable iterative step length was optimized, and an automatic processing program was developed using C++ Builder.
