导管架非节点有限元简化疲劳分析方法

- 文章以一座已投入使用的导管架平台裙桩套筒的设计为例,详细介绍了复杂非管节点裙装套筒结构的简化疲劳分析方法:首先采用SACS程序对导管架平台在波浪荷载作用下进行结构整体分析,选取简化有限元疲劳分析中所需的荷载工况组、荷载和边界条件,然后应用ALGOR程序建立裙桩套筒的有限元模型,施加荷载和边界条件,并对应力分析输出结果进行后处理得到疲劳分析结果。这种简化疲劳分析方法及其分析结果得到了挪威船级社(DNV)的认可,对导管架平台非管节点,特别是对适度水深和深水导管架的裙桩套筒的疲劳设计具有参考意义。
Taking an in-service jacket platform as an example, this paper studies the simplified fatigue analysis method for the skirt pile sleeve (which is a complex non-tubular joint structure) of a jacket platform subjected to wave load. SACS software was used for global structural analysis for the jacket platform under multi-directional wave loads, the load case set and loads and boundary conditions needed in the simplified FEM fatigue analysis were chosen, then ALGOR software was used to build a finite element model and perform finite element analysis. After stress output post-processing, the fatigue analysis results were obtained.
