- 针对冀东南堡油田NP1-29海底油气水混输管道和注水管道项目,基于中石油海洋工程有限公司首次承揽海底管道项目,为满足项目建造要求,需要进行焊接工艺评定。文章从焊材及焊接方法的设计、焊接工艺评定过程、力学性能试验结果及分析方面介绍了NP1-29海底管道焊接工艺评定工作。评定结果符合相关标准的规定,可以运用于类似项目的建造,以达到缩短工期、节约成本的效果。
NP1-29 subsea multiphase pipeline and water inject project, as the first time for China National Petroleum Engineering Co. to undertake subsea pipeline project, needed carrying out the welding process assessment in order to satisfy the project construction requirements. In this paper, the design of welding material and welding method, course of welding process assessment, mechanical performance testing and result analysis of NP1-29 subsea pipeline are described.
