油气管道内防腐层补口技术进展

- 内衬或内防腐涂层技术等在石油管道内防腐方面得到广泛应用,但由于现场施焊时的高温作用,会使焊缝两侧附近的涂层或衬里烧焦或脱落,从而失去对管道的保护作用。针对这一情况,综述了国内外对内防腐涂层管道的主要连接方式和管口连接处的保护措施,如:自动补口机法、机械连接法、内衬保护套(管)焊接法、记忆合金套法、不锈钢接头法、无内补口技术等,并简要介绍了各种方法的优缺点。
Internal coating or lining has been widely used in oil and gas pipelines. However, the coating nearby the girth weld could be damaged during the welding process at high temperature and lose its protection function. In this paper, the main connection modes of pipelines with internal coating and the protection measures of pipe joints are summarized, including automatic internal field joint coating vehicle, mechanical connection, internal lining sleeve (tube) welding, memory alloy jacket, stainless steel joint, internal coating-less,etc. The advantage and defect of each technology are stated as well.2011,S1(S1): 7-10 收稿日期:2011-8-23分类号:TE988.2作者简介:徐忠苹(1979- ),男,山东东营人,工程师,2004年毕业于天津大学化工学院,硕士,现从事科研开发工作。参考文献:
