相变换热技术在油气集输加热设备中的应用

- 多年来,在油气集输加热领域一直采用管式炉及水套炉,这些炉型在工作原理、结构设计以及实际运行方面均存在不足之处,导致设备的不正常损坏,影响加热炉的使用寿命,并在运行中存在一定的安全隐患.采用水的相变换热原理研制出的真空相变加热炉,可很好地解决传统加热炉存在的问题.文章分析了相变换热技术的特点,介绍了真空相变加热炉的工作原理、系列产品和应用实例.实际应用表明,该产品在油气集输加热领域用于原油、井产物、含油污水、天然气等加热,具有安全、环保、节能、高效的优点,在石油行业具有很好的应用前景.
For many years tube ovens have been used in collection systems for oil and gas.There are manv defects including principles,structure design and actual work,so irregular destruction was caused and the life was affected greatly,and there is a safe problem in actual work.A heat oven of vaccum phase transformation can better solve above-mentioned problems which is developed nn the basis of the principle of heat of water p-hase transformation .The article describes the features of technology of heat of phase transformation,working principle of a vaccum phase tr-ansformation into heat oven ,its series products and examples.2005,S1(S1): 92-95 收稿日期：2005-3-7分类号：TE965作者简介：杨洪升(1967-),男,河北南皮人,高级工程师,1989年毕业于石油大学(华东)机械系矿机专业.现任机械公司总经理.
