空心抽油杆电加热装置在T2-1区块的应用

- 冀东油田柏各庄T2-1区块原油物性有两低、三高,即密度、黏度低,胶质沥青质、含蜡量、凝固点高.多年来,在T2-区块试验了多种清防蜡方法,如原油热洗、污水热洗、化学防蜡、微生物防蜡等,都没能从根本上解决该区块油井的清蜡问题.经过认真分析研究,决定采用空心抽油杆电加热装置清蜡.文章介绍了该装置的结构、特点及电加热清蜡的原理.通过T2-18井的试验证明,该装置结构简单,运行安全可靠,可有效解决高凝、高含蜡井难以正常生产的问题,避免洗井造成地层污染,而且杆管不结蜡,延长了检泵周期,具有较好的经济效益.
The features of crude oil in T2一1 region of Jidong Oilfield are high content colloid asphalt, high content wax and high setting point.Many methods of dewaxing and wax control have been tested for many years including hot cleaning for crude oil,hot cleaning of polluted water,wax control for chemicals and microorganism,so on,but the problems of wax control have not been solved completely.Through researches and analyse-s,electricity heat technology of hollow pumping rods was used as wax control.This article describes mechanism of electricity heat technology used as wax control and structure,feature of hollow pumping rods.2005,S1(S1): 89-91 收稿日期:2005-3-7分类号:TE358.2作者简介:谢宝财(1969-),男,河北张家口人,1990年毕业于重庆石油学校采油专业,工程师,主要从事采油技术工作.参考文献:
