冀东油田油气密闭集输系统的技术改造

- 为了降低油气损耗,增加轻烃产量,简化工艺流程,冀东油田对转油站、联合站内密闭集输工艺流程进行了改造,并采用了液位自控及变频调速平稳输油技术、高效三相分离器技术、JDY系列原油含水含气分析仪计量技术等配套技术,使全油田油气集输密闭率达100%.文章总结了冀东油田地面工程集输系统密闭改造的成功经验,介绍了转油站、联合站密闭改造前存在问题及改造措施,概括了配套技术的先进性和应用效果,并根据油田实际和发展趋势,提出了几点建议.
