- 针对油田开发中后期油水井套管损坏的普遍问题,调查和分析了冀东油田套管损坏井的情况,把套管损坏分为套管变形、套管错断、套管破裂和套管外漏4种类型.按照工艺需要将井段深度划分为水泥返高以上浅井段、深井段和水泥返高以下浅井段、深井段.将套管损坏程度分为轻度和严重.根据套管损坏的形态、深度和程度,划分为10种不同井况的套管损坏类型,确定了相应的修复技术,现场实施取得了较好的效果.截至2004年6月,现场修复套管损坏井31口,恢复了套管的使用功能,油水井生产正常.
After engineers checked and analysed the causes of casing destruction in oil and water wells of Jidong oildfield at the end of the productio-n,casing destruction was divided into four categories including deformation,breaking up,fracture and outer leakage of casing.The degree of c-asing destruction can be divided into light and heavy according to fill-up of cement slurry.Based on the appearance,depth and degree of casi-ng destruction,10 categories of casing destruction for different wells were divided.Repairing technologies were described for casing destruc-tion and good results were obtained.2005,S1(S1): 77-81 收稿日期：2005-3-7分类号：TE931.2作者简介：刘亮钊(1970-),男,山东人,工程师,1982年毕业于重庆石油学校钻井专业,现从事井下作业管理工作,任冀东石油勘探开发处井下作业会司副总工程师.
