- 介绍了冀东油田油水井套管损坏的情况,对套损井的基本现状和机理进行了综合研究,确定了引起冀东油田油水井套管损坏的主要原因,并根据研究成果,从钻井采油注水等方面确定了预防油水井套管损坏的基本方案,同时采用了多项综合治理工艺措施,提高了套损井的利用率.
Up to the end of 2003,there were 172 wells found in Jidong oilfield with casing failure,accounting to one fifth of the total number.The casi-ng failure is a coupling process influenced by many factors including physical and chemical ones,as well as artificial and natural ones.After the comprehenlive rPSearch on essential status and mechanics of the casing failure, the main factors of the breakage were confirmed in Jidong Oilfield.Based on the research results, the methods to prevent oil well from breakage were determined from drilling, production and water in-jection.Some comprehensive work was put into effect,with the use of the casing failure well improved.2005,S1(S1): 72-76 收稿日期:2005-3-7分类号:TE931.2作者简介:杨良杰(1949-),男,北京人,高级工程师主要从事石油钻采工艺及机具的研究.
