- 介绍了"十五"以来,冀东油田油气处理厂针对生产实际中存在的问题,在节能技术改造、安全技术应用、仪表自动化技术的提高等方面开发的技术成果:"一脱三注" 工艺技术,脱丁烷塔节能改造项目,输气工艺改造项目,MLE引擎压缩机组改造,柳赞深冷装置压缩制冷系统改造,PLC自动控制改造等.通过这些技术措施和改造项目的实施,保证了油气处理厂生产的安全运行,提高了产品的质量和产量;同时也降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益.文章最后还提出了油气处理技术的发展方向.
This paper reviews the developed technology achievement of the Jidong Oil and Gas Treatment Factory in energy-saver alteration,application of safety policy and advancement in instrument automatization in these fifteen years.They are energy-saver alteration item of debutanizer,gas t-ransmission technology alteration item,MLE engine compressor alteration item,cryogenic plant alteration item and PLC automatic alteration it-em.By using these technology and alteration item,the safety production of Oil and Gas Treatment Factory was ensured,with the production qual-ity improved and cost decreased.In addition,this paper makes some comments on the trends of the technology and application for oil and gas.2005,S1(S1): 53-63 收稿日期：2005-4-7分类号：TE686作者简介：张永东(1971-),男,四川广元人,毕业于石油大学石油加工工程专业,硕士学位,现任冀东油田油气处理厂厂长,工程师,主要从事油气加工技术研究工作.
