冀东油田含油污水生化处理技术的应用

- 目前,我国各油田都进入了高含水开采期,每天都有大量的采出水,探索一种行之有效的油田污水处理方法,使采出水达到二次采油回注和排放要求非常必要.文章分析了国内采油污水处理技术状况,结合冀东油田自身的污水特性,确定采用悬浮、附着好氧-厌氧生物氧化池的处理方案,进行了室内及现场试验,介绍了试验工艺流程、处理系统的装置、检测项目与分析方法,对微生物茵进行了培养驯化.根据试验结果,将该技术应用到实际污水处理中,处理后的出水水质达到了设计指标,污水处理系统运行情况良好,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.
This paper reviews the domestic technology for oily sewage treatment.Associate with the peculiarity of the oily sewage in Jidong Oilfield,the suspended and appendiculate aerobic--anaerobic bio-oxidation pond technique was determined,then in-house and field experiment were carried o-ut.Later the flowsheet of the experiment technology,the equipment for processing system,detection item and analytical approach were introduc-ed.The microbiological bacterium was been cultivated.Based on the results of the experiments,the technology was put into effect to the appli-cation of wastewater treatment,and corresponding water quality accorded with the designed target.The system for waste water treatment run we-ll with good economic and social benefit.2005,S1(S1): 36-43 收稿日期：2005-3-7分类号：TE992.2作者简介：金明权(1965-),男,陕西山阳人,高级工程师,1989年毕业于江汉石油学院采油工程专业,现任中国石油冀东油田公司副总经理.
